We would like to share information about how we're handling this situation at Cruden & Company, CPA’s PLLC.

The health and well-being of our team members, families and clients is of the utmost importance. We are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) developments and the guidance of national, state and local health agencies. As a result, we have implemented necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our people, families, clients and office visitors. We are making every effort to ensure that this situation will not affect the timeliness or quality of the work we are doing for you. The April 15th deadline has not been changed, but there is an extension of time to pay any tax due. What we must accomplish to assist you in meeting your tax compliance requirements remains the same. We are committed to continue to serve your needs and provide ongoing high standard of service.

  • We are open for business, but have cancelled all in-person meetings with clients in our office.
  • Any of our employees that are sick will be instructed to stay home.
  • Some of our staff will be working remotely.  We have sufficient remote capabilities for our staff to work efficiently from home, however please understand that there could be delays in responses to either emails or phone calls.
  • We have secure portals to share confidential/sensitive information both incoming and outgoing.

Our state-of-the-art technology and processes will enable our team members to continue to serve your needs remotely as the need arises.  COVID-19 is impacting us all in numerous ways – and we wish to thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time. Our team is focused on serving you, our clients, as we plan ahead for a return to normal operations.
